What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form, plus a small amount of technical context that arrives automatically with it:

• You give us: your name, mobile number and email address. You may also tell us which configuration interests you.
• Collected automatically with your enquiry: the page you submitted from, the advertising campaign that brought you (UTM tags and Google click identifier), the referring website, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string.

We do not ask for, want, or store financial information, identity documents, or payment details on this website. Never enter them here.

Why we collect it

• To call, message or email you back about your enquiry — which is the entire reason the form exists.
• To send you the floor plans, master plan or price information you asked for.
• To share your enquiry with Elegant Builders & Developers where that is necessary to register your site visit or booking with them.
• To understand which adverts produce genuine enquiries, so we don’t waste money on ones that don’t.

Consent, and taking it back

We contact you because you ticked the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that at any time — tell us on a call, or reply asking us to stop, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details unless we are required to keep them.

If your number is on the DND/NCPR registry, telemarketing rules still apply; your consent here does not override your rights under those rules.

Where your details are stored

Enquiries are stored in a file on this website’s server, in our Google Workspace account, and in our email. Google’s handling of the data is governed by their own privacy terms.

Who we share it with

Your details go to Elegant Builders & Developers where needed to progress your enquiry, site visit or booking, and to the service providers that run our website hosting and email. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to other builders, brokers or data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. These set cookies and record your visit. We also use your browser’s session storage to remember that you’ve already seen the enquiry popup, so you aren’t shown it repeatedly. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a purchase, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless a legal or regulatory obligation requires otherwise.
